| I have been using this vitamin for sixty days now, I used to tan in tanning beds and I would omit the protective glasses. I now know that was a big mistake. Luckily I didn't use the tanning booth for many years, only for two winters. I started to have problems with my eyes being very sensitive to light and they would tear often, while driving during nights. I also have had the normal vision decline at mid life. But, I wanted to see if I could improve any of these problems so I started taking this vitamin. I feel much more comfortable with my vision. Less tearing, less fatigue, and I just notice better overall condition, except the normal aging vision decline, of course. It is very important to use the protective glasses while in the tanning beds, for sure. |
